SAP FI Accounting Webdesign Tobias Heidinger

My first professional experience within the SAP/FI sector I made in balancesheet and asset accounting with Rechenzentrale bayerischer Genossenschaften (rgb) in 2001 as user.
Durring my studies of business information between 2001 and 2006, where I have visited the University of applied Sciences in Augsburg, I get special knowledge within ABAP Objects. Additionally to my studies I passed a trainee by OSRAM in Augsburg, where I get further expressions in different SAP sectors like user administration or material management.
In 2007 I got hired by Steria Mummert Consulting in Hamburg as a junior consultant SAP/FI. Between SAP/FI projects where I got a special education by experienced SAP/FI consultants in SAP customizing, developement of authorization concepts, draft of a technical chart of accounts and consulting different customizer additionally I got further SAP drilling within a special SAP training (AC200). Special details of this course named "Customizing for general ledger, customers an vendor" which was executed by SAP AG in Walldorf were:

• organization units within the SAP sector
• fiscal years and closing periods
• currency and exchange rates
• customizing general ledger accounts
• customizing of accounts for vendors and customers
• bank master data
• controlling of documents
• posting of documents
• automatically postings
• input and output control
• clearing of open possitions

Between 2008 and 2013 I was working as a senor analyst SAP/FI for Media-Saturn IT Services GmbH in Ingolstadt in the SAP Finance Solutions Core Team. Between international third level support in all SAP/FI topics I had succesfully worked in the following projects:

• introduction of SAP/FI tax reporting in China
• realication of Standard Audit file for Tax in Portugal
• implementaion legal changes of "Modelo340" in Spain
• rebuilding of the purchaseledger und salesledger in Russia
• realization of tax balance Germany with SAP/FI
• restructoring german company by legal requirements
• implementation black list reporting and self-invoicing in Italy
• implementation letter of reconciliation in Turkey
• implementation spool list archiving in Germany
• recording SAP data from Excel by using LSMW technology
• cash management with Autocash/Midlake
• Windows server administration

In 2013 I was also working as an functional consultant for 6 months by RI solution GmbH in Munich. Within this time I have supported and consulted BayWa AG on the following topics:

• second level support for the logistical auditing process of the incoming invoices
• support of the debitmanagement within BayWa-eShop
• partner for SAP/FI customizing tasks especially on VAT-topics

Within October 2013 I decided to start working on Wolf Heiztechnik GmbH in Mainburg. SAP areas within this job are:

• customizing and support for the whole SAP/FI environment including SAP Authorizaton
• customizing and support for the whole SAP/MM environment including SAP Authorizaton
• customizing and support for the whole SAP/QM environment including SAP Authorizaton
• customizing and support for the whole SAP/IM environment including SAP Authorizaton
• customizing and interface support for SAP/SD returning processes
• support of the SA/CO interface processes

During my studies of business informatics on the University of applied Sciences in Augsburg I made a special education in the optimisation and controlling aspects of online shops. In additon to special subjects like web marketing, which got teached by Dr. Alois Kastner-Maresch, who was the chairman of the LIVING LOGIC AG, I connected further training experience in website developement of an intranet portal with HTML and PHP by OSRAM GmbH in Augsburg.
My diploma thesis, which I created for alevia GmbH in Augsburg with the topic "best practice of webcontrolling" by excellent success completed my expert knowledge of website analysis, for the following topics:

• definition of metric parameters to messure the success of webbsites in the sectors attraction of visitors, holding visitors, regeneration of customer data, extraction of new customers or increasing the loyality of customers
• practical evaluation of metric parameters for creating proposals to optimize websites
• different technologies like analysis fo logfiles or pixeltracking to obtain data
• different methods of data mining for the online controlling sector
• research and messurement of performance and adaption from 70 online-controlling tools

After finishing my studies I was employed as a e-commerce operator by Hilti Deutschland GmbH in Kaufering between 2006 and 2007. Durring this timeframe I optimized the online shop of www.hilti.de. My tasks especially were:

• responsibility and awareness to the operative daily business (e.g. second level support and maintenance of key users in the distribution, monitoring of all Hilti online processes
• daily recording and evaluation of visitors and customers of www.hilti.de. with Webtrends 7.0
• budgeting, creation and analysis of the monthly status reports of www.hilti.de for the e-commerece team and the distribution team by SAP/BW (e.g. revenue analysis, success of product and campagne strategy, customer acquisition and loyality
• content management of www.hilti.de (e.g. development of new features, optimization of the strucutre of the website, optimization of listing in search engines)
• software testing for realisation of online processes (e.g. functionality, usabiltiy, connection to product database "STEP", integration to SAP/CRM and SAP/MM)
• coordination for online database "STEP" (e.g. coordination customizing product database by consideration of the SAP/R3 demands)
• teaching the staff of distribution to work with the technologies with www.hilti.de.

Since February 2010 I am graduating a seminar called "improved webdesinger(ils), which includes the following special sectors:

• image processing with Photoshop
• design of websites with CSS
• developement of interactive functions for websites with JavaScript
• legal requirements for ecommerce and internet
• internet marketing
• project management and conception of webproducts
• developement of websites with flash and dreamweaver
• concepts and examples for XML implementation in the internet
• dynamical websites by PHP
• connection to databases with PHP and mySQL

In addition to my studies by ils I get further experience in webdesign and Photoshop and by videotrainings of psd-tutorials.de.

Between 1993 and 1997 I completed an education as tax professional by the tax office Rau & Baumgartner with following employment. My special tasks durring this time were::

• accounting with current accounts (DATEV)
• creation of balance sheets for different companies (DATEV)
• processing of surplus revenue accounting (DATEV)
• processing of tax returns (DATEV)
• processing of Accounting for different clients

By my studies of business finance on the University of applied Sciences in Herrsching between 1999 and 2000 I collected further experience in accounting and german tax laws. Additionally I got through my trainee positions in different tax authorities in Munich and Dachau furhter experience in the working methology of authorites in Bavaria.
In 2001 I was employeed as an accountant for assets and balance with SAP/FI by Rechenzentrale Bayerischer Genossenschaften, which was the umbrella organisation for all Volks- und Raiffeisenbank in the south of Germany. My special tasks durring this employment were:

• assignment and recording of transactions (SAP/FI)
• processing of asset acquisitions and disposals (SAP/FI)
• preparation of financial statements (SAP/FI)

By my employment as SAP/FI-Consultant by Media-Saturn IT Services GmbH, RI solution GmbH and Wolf Heiztechnik GmbH I got also special accounting knowledge in the national and international(Russia, China, Spain and Portugal) accounting sector.
